The âherd seriesâ was literally live painted from herds of old horses enjoying their old age.
âI got this opportunity to visit âDe Paardenkampâ (The Netherlands) in coöperation with Paard Verzameld, where the patron members of the equine art collective had a meetup. We were blessed with the presence of these oldies, grazing their pastures, while I tried to capture their stories on my canvas.â
25% will be donated to charity ‘De Paardenkamp’.
